As an aside I wonder why there are so many more than for other types of blogs. I am beginning to have a fair share too.

Thank you! I never really imagined this, to be honest! I did hear from someone who used to be on Blogger that WordPress has a much better community feel for writing groups, so maybe it’s just the genre.
